2010 Season Half Challenge Barcelona - 22nd Pro (4th Pro out the water) - Lousy swim start put me at the back of the field. Rubbish run performance. Bradford on Avon Triathlon - 1st (fastest swim) - Really enjoyed my local race, open water, hilly bike, lots of fun Cholmondeley Castle - 1st (fastest swim) - Great venue, helped provide some inspiration for my new run series Allerthorpe Triathlon - 1st (fastest swim) - Good to be back home for my home race, super fast course Castle Howard Triathlon - 1st (fastest swim) - Good race with a challenging and engaging course Big Cow Half Ironman - 3rd (fastest swim) - A rubbish run cost me the win Stockton Triathlon - 3rd (2nd fastest swim) - Super technical crit style course on a TT bike was challenging but a fun race Chateau de Chantilly - 2nd (2nd fastest swim) - Beautiful race with the swim in the ornate garden lake of a 16th Century Chateau --------------------------------------> Half Challenge Walchsee Kaiserwinkl - 23rd Pro (1st Pro out the water & onto the bike) - Stunning race venue and was doing okay until "stomach issues" came into play on the run

2009 Season Lisbon Triathlon - 1.9km/90km/21.1km - 25th April - DNF (stress fracture concerns) Austria 70.3 - 1.9km/90km/21.1km - 24th May - 35th Pro - Raced fairly well just thoroughly out classed UK National Middle Distance - 1.9km/80km/20km - 14th June - 7th - Terrible.
