2009 Season

Lisbon Triathlon - 1.9km/90km/21.1km - 25th April - DNF (stress fracture concerns)   - 7th off the bike but made the right decision not to risk injury on first race of the season

Austria 70.3 - 1.9km/90km/21.1km - 24th May - 35th Pro - Raced fairly well just thoroughly out classed

UK National Middle Distance - 1.9km/80km/20km - 14th June - 7th - Terrible. Should have won

Brasschaat ITU Long Distance World Series - 2.7km/80km/20km - 28th June - 17th Pro - 4th off the bike, racing had caught up to my running legs a little at this point NOTE TO SELF: 4 Half Ironman races in 9 Weeks is not clever

Muskoka 70.3 - 1.9km/90km/21.1km - 13th September - 13th Pro ..............I GOT MY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SPOT

Augusta 70.3 - 1.9km/90km/21.1km - 27th September - 19th struggled in the heat, turns out Augusta is rather hot, who knew? NOTE TO SELF: 2 Half Ironman races in 2 weeks is rather difficult

Clearwater 70.3 World Champs - 1.9km/90km/21.2km - 14th November - 48th Pro - Drafting was rife, it was legalised by the officals, the Pro World Champs was a sham

2008 Season

70.3 World Championships - 37th Pro - great result (with a dodgy foot)

70.3 Muskoka 14th Pro - raced with a painful stress reaction in my foot

UK 70.3 11th Pro - suffered a stress fracture in my foot

Even Domino's tastes good after a race......I'm lying, it doesn't
